Pizza Drop-Off

The Pizza Drop-Off service is ideal for small to medium-sized gatherings where convenience and simplicity are the priority. We prepare authentic Neapolitan pizzas on-site and deliver them freshly baked in boxes, ready to be enjoyed.

This format is designed for clients who prefer a streamlined service. Our team focuses on preparing the pizzas, while the host or event staff handles the distribution from the service window to the dining area.

Minimum order:
This service requires a minimum equivalent of 30 pizzas. Smaller orders can still be accommodated by meeting the minimum service value.

Production flow:
Our ovens produce approximately 30–40 pizzas per hour. For this reason, pizzas are prepared and delivered in batches rather than all at once. Clients may choose how they would like these batches organized — for example, groups of 5 or 10 pizzas at a time.

Packaging & customization:
All pizzas are delivered in individual boxes, making them easy to distribute. Menus can be fully customized, including flavors, toppings, and dietary preferences.

Pricing structure:
The cost of this service is based on the price per pizza plus a transportation fee, which varies depending on distance and location.

Buffet Experience

This option includes everything from our Pizza Drop-Off service, with the added benefit of a fully arranged buffet setup in the dining area. Our team manages presentation, flow, and guest service so you can focus on enjoying your event without worrying about logistics.

In addition to our signature pizzas, this service can also include additional Italian dishes or international menu options, allowing the buffet to adapt to different tastes, dietary needs, or themed events. From salads and antipasti to desserts or complementary cuisines, we can design a balanced menu that fits your vision.

The Live Oven Experience is our most immersive and high-capacity catering format, designed for large-scale events where food becomes part of the show. This service is ideal for weddings, festivals, corporate gatherings, and celebrations that require both volume and visual impact.

For this experience, Ramalli sets up a full outdoor pizza kitchen at the venue — approximately 20 × 30 feet — featuring a large wood-fired brick oven, professional equipment, and a complete service station. Guests can watch the pizzas being prepared and baked in real time, creating a warm and interactive atmosphere that becomes a natural focal point of the event.

This format includes all the benefits of the Buffet Experience, plus a significantly expanded production capacity and a fully visible culinary setup.

For example, events involving 300+ pizzas typically require a minimum of three hours of service to ensure smooth delivery and consistent quality.

Minimum event size:
This service is recommended for large-scale events, generally starting at 350 pizzas or more, where both volume and presentation are essential.
